PRINTING YOUR ORDER FORMS AND SUBMITTING YOUR SONGS

Print out this entire order form from our screen and fill in all the necessary information. If you have trouble printing it out, send us an e-mail request to send you the same form back to you through your own e-mail address. You should be able to print that out without a problem.

The other option is to scroll down this page to the part that starts with "Your Name (or Band Name)," highlight the remainder of the order form, and print it out. We don't really need this instruction part of the form you are reading here.

Please send the following to our postal address listed at the end of this form: your Order Form; your
songs on CD or cassette; and your payment (money order or cashier's check only). Please print this form and then fill it out by hand afterwards.

Be aware that if you request multiple instruments, vocals, effects, new vocals and new instruments, etc. all for the same single song demo, the work load will increase and so will the time necessary to complete the job. Please choose only the options from each category alloeded in the basic pack services you reviewed to keep our price for our service per-song demo as quoted. Additional requests or multiple requests from any categories could increase the cost per-song to complete our job for you. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail to see if you want the additional services or just the basics from each category selected.

Be sure to include the following on your CD or cassette (or somewhere inside your cassette case, if necessary): the names of the songs you've submitted in the exact order they appear; your full name; your postal address; your e-mail address; and your phone (optional).

But this will cost an extra $50.00 per-demo because we have to employ additional live singers to do this job.
