If you have decided the type of demo package you want and any additional options, then you are almost ready to go to our ORDER FORM . Before you do, please note the following.

Our order form is quite large (quite a few pages, in fact). Of course, this becomes a necessity to check off which items you want us to produce on your demo: we strive to make your demos as close as we can to what you desire. The form is actually very easy to understand. This is the only order form on our website that is fairly large; we are sure you understand. There's very few things you need to fill out, actually: but we had to include many options for you to decide from.

When you get to the order form page, please print a copy from your screen. If you have trouble with the printing, notify us by e-mail and we will be happy to send you a duplicate to your e-mail address. This text-only file should print out fine. Our e-mail link is at the bottom of this page.

Thank you for thinking of Mile High Music Productions for your musical needs. We hope to work with you again. Please anticipate 2-4 weeks to finish your product.

As you know, every song is different. Therefore, please fill out a separate Song Demo Order Form for each individual song you are sending. If you send 3 songs, then we'll need 3 of these Order Forms. When you place an order for a song demo(s), you will actually have to go to two separate pages on this site to finish your orders: one for the detailed guide for submissions called Demo Information, and then the actual Order Form itself (you can link to this form at the bottom of the Demo Information page).

In order to help assist us in making the best possible demo of your song(s), we include various options on the Order Form for your consideration. That way, we know more precisely what you want out of each song you submit.

When you get to the Order Form, if you're not sure what you want or how to go about it, we will be glad to do whatever we think is right for your song. If this is the case for the entire list of choices on the Order Form, then please mark an X at the beginning of that form. Then you just skip the category sections. Don't forget: you still need to fill out your name, address, etc. Then go to the bottom of the Order Form and fill in your orders and payment plan.

If there are only a few places here and there where you want us to decide what to do, we've left an option at the end of each category for this called "our choice." That's where you would place your X.

Finally, we have an option for you to choose called "leave as is." If you mark this choice, it means that we won't edit, include, or take away anything on your song for that particular category. Every category has this option.

Feel free to mark more than one X by several choices in a particular category; for example, you may want four more instruments in your song under the "additional instruments" section. Mark as many as you want for each song.

Warning ! If you decide to add 18 different instruments to your one song, it may be an overkill! If your requests make your songs worse than the original you sent---on any category---then we can't control that. If you're really not sure what to do with a category, choose "leave as is" or "our choice."

When you submit songs on CD or tape cassettes for us to review or work on, please use good quality CDs or cassettes. You need to make sure the voices and lyrics are clear and easy to understand. You can send hand-written lyrics with your tapes (optional).

On each CD or cassette submitted, you need to include the following: your full name; your postal address; your e-mail address, and the names of the songs on the cassette in the order they appear. If there's not enough room to do all of this on a label, then write it down and put it inside your cassette case so we have it somewhere. Always print everything you write down.

It helps if you include the same information at the beginning of your CD or cassette as well. Just be brief: try not to take more than a minute to mention all this information.

Give the name each song at the beginning of all songs on your CD or cassette; please allow a 5-second lapse between songs so we can find the beginning and end of each song easier.
